Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Dubai    

Welcome to Dubai! Our airport representative welcomes you to Dubai Airport. After the visa formalities and claiming your baggage, meet your driver and transfer you to your hotel. Check in and the remaining time of the day is free on your own. Overnight in Dubai.

Day 2: Dubai Old City – Dubai    

Start the tour by visiting a small sea-trading and pearling center. Then continue to visit some spice and gold souk, then ride an Abra water taxi in Dubai Creek. Continue to visit Al Fahidi fort and enjoy some traditional Arabian architecture of Bastakiya. Back to your hotel and overnight in Dubai.

Day 3: Dubai - Palm Jumeira - Burj Khalifa – Dubai    

The glimmering 21st century Dubai awaits on this morning’s tour which is focused on showcasing the city’s visionary and world-renowed modern landmarks including the iconic Palm Jumeirah development, 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel, and the 828 meters tall Burj Khalifa. The remaining time of the day is free of leisure on your own. Overnight in Dubai.

Day 4: Dubai – Jebel Harim – Khasab    

Travel to north to Khasab in Oman’s wild Musandam province with its deep inlets, craggy peaks, and scenic bays hemmed in by sheer cliffs. On arrival tour the province’s tiny capital of Khasab then embark on a panoramic 4WD mountain safari into Musandam’s stark and barren interior.

Day 5: Khasab – Musandam Dhow Cruise – Khasab    

Take a relaxing dhow cruise (shared) through Musandam’s spectacular fjords today with opportunities to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters as well as the possibility of spotting dolphins. Return to your hotel, and overnight.

Day 6: Khasab – Muscat Airport – Jabal Akhdar    

Fly from Khasab to Muscat, then drive into the Jebel Akhdar mountains where you will check in at your hotel and overnight. The remaining time of the day free leisure at your own.

Day 7: Jabal Akhdar - Four Village Walk – Jabal Akhdar    

Start the day with a guided walk to discover the wonderful scenery, terraced fields, orchards, and stone-built hanging villages of the Jebel Akhdar. The Four Villages trail form Al Aqur to Sayq (2 hours – graded moderate) will take you through Oman’s most picturesque countryside. Continue to visit the beauty spot of Wadi Bani Habib then return to your hotel. After returning to your hotel and spending the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Jabal Akhdar - Nizwa – Wahiba Sands    

Today we visit Nizwa, the cultural capital of interior Oman, and get the chance to explore the colorful Souq and visit the town’s magnificent 17th-century castle. Then transfer to Wahiba Sands – an enormous sand sea the same size as the Whales. In the evening witness the magnificent spectacle of the sun setting over the golden dunes.

Day 9: Wahiba Sands - Sur – Wadi Tiwi – Muscat    

See the dhow buildings in Sur then set off along the scenic coastal road to Muscat airport. Stop and en route to explore the palm-lined Wadi Tiwi. Transfer to your hotel in Muscat and overnight.

Day 10: Muscat City Tour – Muscat    

Discover the Omani capital of Muscat, one of the most interesting and attractive cities in the Arabian Peninsula. The tour will visit the exquisite Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Beit Al Falaj historical museum housed in a whitewashed fort, and Muttrah’s atmospheric souq. Then continue to explore Muscat where you will visit the twin Portuguese forts of Jalali and Merani, the Al Alam Palace to be visited from the outside only, respectively. To wrap up the tour visit the Bait Al Zubair Museum. Return to your hotel and overnight in Muscat.

Breakfast at the hotel and overnight at Muscat. No other services provided. You have a whole day free leisure in Muscat. You may enjoy the hotel facilities and amenities and relax along the beach.

Day 12: Muscat – Muscat Airport    

Breakfast at the hotel. Latest check out 12:00. Then according to flight departure time transfer to Muscat airport and say farewell.

Practical Info

• Rates are not valid from 29th Dec 2021 to 2nd Jan 2022.
• Best time to visit is from September to May, the summer months June to August are very hot.
• Check-in time at hotels is 14:00, check-out time at hotels is 12:00 noon.
• Dress modestly when traveling in the UAE. That is, loose long trousers or long skirts and long sleeves to ankle and wrist. No shorts for men, no tight and transparent clothing. When visiting a mosque women must cover their head with a scarf.
• Please pack a jacket or sweater as the air-conditioning is often a difference to the actual temperatures. Slightly warmer closes are recommended for the winter months.
• The desert safari involves off-road driving through rough terrain and rugged areas. Visitors should not participate if their health or any pre-existing medical conditions like back problems may be adversely affected.
• Opening Hours Jumeirah Mosque: 10:00-20:00, Fri closed.
• Opening Hours Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque: Sat to Thu, 9:00-22:00 and Fri, 16:30-22:00. During Ramadan Sat to Thu, 9:00-14:00, Fri closed.
• Photography: Ask permission before taking photos of people, particularly women. It is not allowed to take photos of government buildings, military installations, airports and ports.
• Minor travelers must be accompanied by adult travelers.
• Our staff is trained to follow hygiene and safety protocols.

- After booking the tour with us online, one of our consultants will get in touch within 24 hours. You need to pay a 20% deposit by credit card or by bank transfer. The full payment is due latest 15 days before tour start.
- Cancellations or changes need to be sent in written form. Charges are as follows:
• 25 $USD of the total price of the trip for cancellations from the date of booking until 16 days before departure.
• 100% of the total price of the trip for cancellations or changes made 15 to 01 days before departure or no show.
- For refunds, we do not cover transaction fees charged by credit card companies and banks.
