Ketili khazi to Georgia! Our representative meets you with a signage at the arrival hall of the airport and will transfer to your hotel in Tbilisi. For early arrivals, early check in subject to availability. Check in and free time for the rest of the day.

Tbilisi – Jvari Monastery – Ananuri – Gudauri

Tbilisi City

Begin the day with a half day city tour in the capital Tbilisi. Your first stop is the towering Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi (Sameba), one of the tallest orthodox churches. From the churchyard, you will have a panoramic view of the Mtatsminda Mountain and the city below. Proceed to Tbilisi's historical district, where you'll discover the charming Europe Square and the picturesque Rike Park. Then ride an aerial cable car to the iconic Narikala Fortress, perched majestically on a hilltop overlooking the central districts of Tbilisi. The thrilling 3-minute journey above the River Mtkvari offers an extraordinary perspective of the city. Following that, descend the hills, taking a leisurely stroll down Botanical Street. Discover the Mosque, the captivating Sulfur Bathhouse district, and be enchanted by the LegvtaKhevi canyon with its small natural waterfall cascading from a height of 22 meters.

Jvari Monastery

Journey continues as you drive to the north. Your first stop is the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jvari Monastery (6th c.). This ancient monastery, perched atop a hill, offers panoramic views of Kartli Mountains, the Aragvi and Mtkvari valleys.

Military Road

Then drive along the iconic Georgian Military Road, heading towards the mountainous Khevi region.

Ananuri

En route, make a stop at the picturesque Zhinvali Reservoir and visit the historic Ananuri Fortress. This impressive complex, dating back to the 16th-17th centuries, features a fortress, two churches, and the residential building of Aragvi Eristavi dukes.

Gudauri

As the day draws to a close, arrive in the charming mountain resort town of Gudauri, situated at an elevation of 2196 meters. Check in to your accommodation and overnight.

Journey through picturesque villages such as Kanobi, Arsha, and Sioni, before reaching Stephantsminda, the vibrant center of the Kazbegi municipality, and prepare for a day of exploration and hiking.

Mount of Gergeti

Start the hike to Mount Gergeti with an elevation of 2010 meters, you'll reach the medieval Gergeti Trinity Church (14th c.). The church offers spectacular views of the white river clouds streaming from the Dariali Canyon, creating a mystical atmosphere. This site is also the starting point for alpinists en route to Mountain Peak Kazbegi (5054m). This hike takes approximately 2.5 hour roundtrip, depending on to your physical fitness.

Dariali

Discover the narrow pass through Dariali Gorge, following the path of the Terek River. This brings you to the border between Georgia and Russia, where the St. Archangels' Michael and Gabriel Church stands as a symbol of unity and history.

Another short hike towards the pristine waterfalls of Gveleti.

Drive to Sno Valley, to see the impressive megalith stone sculptures carved by local artist Merab Piranishvili.

Gudauri – Mtskheta – Tbilisi

After breakfast, check out and make your way to Tbilisi driving through scenic views. Along the way stop in Mtskheta, the former capital of Eastern Georgian kingdom Iberia. Walk through the medieval streets and absorb the historical ambiance of this significant town. Discover the heart of Mtskheta's history by visiting the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a masterpiece of Georgian Renaissance architecture. Built in the 11th century, this cathedral stands as a symbol of spiritual and artistic achievement.

Tbilisi City

Upon reaching Tbilisi, stroll along Rustaveli Avenue, exploring Freedom Square, meandering through the bustling Pushkini Street, and crossing the pedestrian Glass Bridge of Peace. Continue to the King Erekle II and Shardeni Streets, each offering a distinct charm with their souvenir shops, outdoor cafes, and art galleries. Discover Meidan Square and the Old Town, rich in history and cultural treasures. End the day with a visit to Mtatsminda Park, the highest point in the city at 770 meters. Opt to ride the funicular cable train to have a panoramic view of Tbilisi as you ascend. Proceed to your hotel and overnight.

• This tour is a sharing tour. For 6 travelers and above or custom itinerary please contact us.
• Check in time at hotels is 14:00, check out time at hotels is 12:00 noon.
• Do not forget to bring; comfortable walking shoes, rain jacket, windbreaker or umbrella, hat or sun visor, sun glasses, sunscreen, glasses case and medical prescriptions (if you take any) with label or prescription in case asked by officials.
• For the visit of orthodox churches and monasteries dress modestly. Wear long trousers or skirts; women need to cover hair and shoulders.
• When taking photos in churches and monasteries do not use the flash.
• The driver will serve as your tour guide during the tour.
• We provide 2 bottle of mineral water per person per day.
