Morning time, journey for 3-hour passage to the revered Delphi region. En route, you'll be treated to the sight of the fertile expanse of Boeotia, a flourishing agricultural heartland, and traverse the ancient city of Thebes, famed as the birthplace of King Oedipus. Ultimately, our path leads us to Delphi, a place of profound significance in antiquity, referred to as the "navel of the world." Here we will visit the Athenian Treasury, the Athenian Stoa, the formidable Polygonal Wall, the monument of Platea, and the revered Temple of Apollo, famed for its oracle. Next is the Delphi Museum, a treasure trove of artifacts and masterpieces from Ancient Greek sculpture await, including the renowned bronze Charioteer and the celebrated athlete Aghias. Before returning back to Athens, pause in the picturesque mountain village of Arachova. Nestled on the southern slopes of Parnassus, this village is renowned for its wine and cheese production. A brief sojourn here offers a delightful glimpse into the village's charm. Back to Athens and overnight.
