• Friday & Saturday is the weekend in Algeria. During Friday, sites, most of the shops, malls and other business are close.
• Dress code: In general, both men and women should dress modestly especially when visiting rural areas, cover shoulders, upper arms, and knees. Avoid transparent and tightfitting clothes. When visiting a mosque women must cover their head with a scarf.
• Please pack comfortable walking shoes, warm clothes for the cooler nights and depending on season sun protection.
• The desert safari involves off-road driving through rough terrain and rugged areas. Visitors should not participate if their health or any pre-existing medical conditions like back problems may be adversely affected.
• The driver/tour guide escorts you according to the booked itinerary, he is not 24/7 at your disposal. For any extra activity or extra use of vehicle, there is a supplement.

- Cancellations need to be sent in written form. Charges are as follows:
• 29 $USD per person from the day of booking up to 30 days before departure.
• 47 $USD per person for cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before departure.
• 25% of the total price of the trip for cancellations made 15 to 08 days before departure.
• 50% of the total price of the trip for cancellations made between 08 to 02 days before departure.
• 100% of the total price of the trip for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
