Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Jerusalem Hotel - Jerusalem Old City - Bethlehem – Jerusalem Hotel    

Start your tour with a panoramic view from the top of Mount Olives, a good place for an introduction to the city and its history. Then we visit the holy sites of the three monotheistic religions, represented in Jerusalem: We start with the walking to the Wailing Wall, which represents the last remnants of the Jewish Temple, destroyed by the Romans. Usually you can see the various types of Jews who come to worship at this holy place. If open to visitors, we ascend to the Temple Mount, where we can look at the famous Dome of the Rock. Then we continue through the Arab Market to the "Via Dolorosa", Jesus' "Way of Suffering", which leads us to The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried. Afternoon transfer to Bethlehem, to see the Church of the Nativity, built over the birthplace of Jesus Christ. Return transfer to your Jerusalem hotel.


Day 2: Jerusalem Hotel - Ein Karem –Israel Museum - Mahane Yehuda Market - Jerusalem Hotel    

This day is dedicated to see the new city of Jerusalem. Drive to the picturesque village of Ein Karem, the place where John the Baptist was born. After your visit of St. John the Baptist Church and the Church of Visitation, free time to wander around in serene and garden-rich Ein Karem. In just 30 minutes you are back to the hustle and bustle of Jerusalem. Visit the Israel Museum, an important art and archaeology museum. See the famous Dead Sea Scrolls in the Shrine of the Book and the model of Jerusalem in the Second Temple period. Ending the day at the Mahane Yehuda market to watch the local shop and smell the culinary delights of the little cafés. Overnight Jerusalem hotel.


Day 3: Jerusalem Hotel – Masada - Dead Sea Beach - Jerusalem Hotel    

Pick up from your hotel lobby and head for the desert fortress Masada. Learn about the heroic story of the Jewish fighters who preferred to commit suicide instead of living under Roman rule. Ascend by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, the palace, synagogue, water cisterns. Continue to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth to have leisure time. Experience to float on the salty waters of the lake. Drive back to your hotel in Jerusalem.

• The old city of Jerusalem is closed to private vehicles.
• The Western Wall area is open every day. However please note that on Friday evenings and Saturdays, tourists are not allowed to take any photos.
• Temple Mount Opening Hours: Mon-Thu, winter time: 07:30-10:30, 12:30-13:30 – Mon-Thu, summer time: 08:30-11:30, 13:30-14:30 - Fri & Sat closed.
• For the visit of religious sites you need to dress modestly and cover shoulders and knees.
• For the Dead Sea beach don’t forget flip flops and water sandals.

- After booking the tour with us online, one of our consultants will get in touch within 24 hours. You need to pay then a 25% deposit by credit card or by bank transfer. The full payment is due latest 14 days before tour start.
- Cancellations or changes need to be sent in written form. Charges are as follows:
• 25 $USD of the total price of the trip for cancellations from the date of booking until 31 days before departure.
• 25% of the total price of the trip for cancellations or changes made 30 to 08 days before departure.
• 100% of the total price of the trip for cancellations or changes made 07 to 01 days before departure or no show.
- For refunds we do not cover transaction fees charged by credit card companies and banks.
