Madaba
With a pick up from your hotel in Amman, drive for about 30km to the town of Madaba, known for its Byzantine mosaic arts. Visit the popular 6th century mosaic map of the Holy Land at St George Church. The map consists of two million pieces of local, coloured stone, the map depicts hills and valleys, villages and towns in Palestine and the Nile Delta.

Mt Nebo
Short drive to Mt Nebo, where Prophet Moses overlooked the Promised Land after 40 yrs in the desert, and his alleged burial site. Enjoy the view of the Holy Land (if the weather is clear) and see more mosaics inside in the early Christian church of Mount Nebo.
