This journey will take you to most of the biblical and holy sites in Israel. See the restored amphitheatre at Caesarea, enjoy the view in Haifa, visit the domed Bahai Shrine, and spend an overnight in a Kibbutz. Drive along the Jordan valley to visit an archaeological dig, in Old City you follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ along the Via Dolorosa. In New City, you will visit Israel Museum where the Dead Sea Scrolls are displayed.

Tel Aviv - Caesarea - Meggido - Druze Village - Haifa

Caesarea

Breakfast, then drive north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, once the Roman capital of the Holyland. See the excavations of the Crusader city and Roman port, aqueduct and the amphitheater, which has been restored to its former glory as a concert venue.

Proceed to Meggido to see the excavations of King Solomon's stables and 20 layers of civilization.

Continue your tour to visit the Druze village on Mount Carmel and to Haifa.

Haifa Visit - Akko - Safed - Kibbutz Tiberias

Breakfast, then start your tour of Haifa at the summit of Mount Carmel for a breathtaking panoramic view of the Haifa Bay and Western Galilee. Continue to the golden domed Bahai shrine to visit the exotic Persian gardens.

Capernaum - Nazareth - Jericho - Jerusalem

After breakfast, visit Capernaum to see the ruins of the synagogue and the town of Jesus.

Proceed to Nazareth for a visit to the church of Annunciation.

Drive along the Jordan Valley via Jericho the world's oldest city, visiting the archaeological dig Tel Es Sultan, Hisham's Palace and take the cable car top the Mountain of Temptation.

Jerusalem Old City

After breakfast, we start our tour with an introduction to the city from the top of The Mount of Olives, and then walk down to the Garden of Gethsemane. We also visit the "Wailing Wall", the last remnants of the Temple in Jerusalem. We continue in the footsteps of Jesus along the Stations of the Via Dolorosa, Jesus' "Way of Suffering", and unto the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Jesus was crucified and buried. The Via Dolorosa also passes through the Old City's oriental "Suq" (Bazaar). At the end of the day we visit King David's Tomb and the "Room of the Last Supper", the Ceanaculum. Overnight Jerusalem.

Bethlehem - Ein Karem - Jerusalem

Bethlehem

We drive to explore Bethlehem, where we first visit the ancient Church of the Nativity, where we can really touch the very place where Jesus was born. Built by St. Helena already in the 4th century, it has been an active church and never destroyed ever since! Here St. Hieronymus wrote the first Latin translation of the Bible - the "Volgata". We shall also visit the "Milk Grotto" and the "Shepherds Fields". Please note that the tour of Bethlehem can be cancelled without prior notice due to security circumstances.

Ein Karem

Returning to Jerusalem, we drive to the picturesque village Ein Karem, the place where John the Baptist was born. We will visit the "St. John in the Mountains" church, built on the place where the house of St. John was standing. We will also visit the Church of Visitation, where St. Mary visited Elisabeth out in the vineyard, and prophesied her the birth of St. John. Overnight in Jerusalem.

Jerusalem New City - Tel Aviv

Jerusalem New City

This day is dedicated to Jerusalem's New City: We visit the famous "Menorah" (Candelabra) situated outside the "Knesset", Israel's parliament, and the Israel Museum with the "Shrine of the Book", where the "Dead Sea Scrolls" are exhibited, the Model of Jerusalem at the time of the 2nd Temple. Visit Yad Vashem Museum & Machne Yehuda Market.

• The Western Wall area is open every day. However please note that on Friday evenings and Saturdays, tourists are not allowed to take any photos.
• Temple Mount Opening Hours: Mon-Thu, winter time: 07:30-10:30, 12:30-13:30 – Mon-Thu, summer time: 08:30-11:30, 13:30-14:30 - Fri & Sat closed.
• For the visit of religious sites you need to dress modestly and cover shoulders and knees.

- Cancellations or changes need to be sent in written form. Charges are as follows:
• 25 $USD of the total price of the trip for cancellations from the date of booking until 31 days before departure.
• 25% of the total price of the trip for cancellations or changes made 30 to 08 days before departure.
• 100% of the total price of the trip for cancellations or changes made 07 to 01 days before departure or no show.
